摘　　要：该文分析了两江新区建设内陆先进制造业基地的内涵；利用SWOT模型进行定性分析，指明了两江新区建设先进制造业基地面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战；提出了引入循环经济理念的思想、实施科技人才创新的战略、完善金融服务的体系、提高企业信息的水平和建设“服务型”的政府五个支撑条件。This paper analyzes the concept of inland advanced manufacturing in Liangjiang New Area and the definition of SWOT model. And it points out the advantages and disadvantages of advanced manufacturing base in Liangjiang New Area. So the writer focuses on the five favorable conditions： thought of circle economy, creativity of science and technology and talent persons, perfecting financial service, improving the level of industry＇s information and building ＂service-typed＂ government.
