摘　　要：高校科技成果转化率的高低对构建国家和区域科技创新体系,促进高校自身快速发展都具有重要影响.然而,认识观念和政策导向的偏差,再加上政策不配套,我国高校科技成果转化率严重偏低.要转变观念,落实相关法规,大力发展和扶持大学科技园、自办科技型企业、校市和校企科技合作等,多形式、多渠道促进高校科技成果转化.The conversion rate of ST achievements of university has important impact on the establishment of national and regional ST innovation systems and the stimulation of the rapid development of university.However,the conversion rate of ST achievements of Chinese university is very low because of the warp between understanding and policy orientation and the lack of supporting policies.In order to promote the conversion of ST achievements of university,it is necessary to change conceptions,implement relevant rules and regulations,and develop and support university ST Park,self-operated ST enterprises,ST cooperation among industry,university and municipality,and take other various methods and channels.
