摘  要:为进行发动机低温起动加热系统加温锅性能匹配,采用AMESIM软件建立了某发动机加热系统模型,研究了不同的加热功率对发动机起动性能的影响。结果表明:存在一个满足起动性能要求的最小的加热功率,同时也存在使起动准备时间最短的最佳加热功率。其结论对匹配加温锅功率具有一定的参考价值。In order to match the performance of the fuel-fired heater in the heating system of engine's cold starting,the system of a certain diesel engine was built by applying the software of AMESIM.The influence of the different heating power on the diesel's starting performance was studied.The results shows that there is a minimum heating power that satisfied the starting performance of the diesel and there is the best heating power that makes the starting preparative time shortest.The conclusion exhibited a relatively good merit in matching the heating power of fuel-fired heater.
