摘 要:为克服传统的模糊综合评判中主观赋权的局限性,借助信息论中熵的概念,建立了熵权法模糊综合评价模型,对四川省6个主产烟区的烤烟感官质量进行了评价。结果表明,攀枝花市和凉山州对"优"级别的隶属度最大,分别为0.4872和0.7364;凉山州的烤烟感官质量总体状况最优。与其它评价方法相比,该方法评价过程简易,结果定量,相对客观可信。Entropy weight-fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was established by using the concept of entropy in information theory to overcome the subjective limitation in traditional fuzzy synthetic evaluation.The model was used to assess sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf from six main tobacco producing areas in Sichuan Province.Results showed that sensory quality of Panzhihua and Liangshan were at first level,while the general status of sensory quality of Liangshan was the best.This result was in line with the real quality of tobacco leaves from these areas,suggesting that entropy weight and fuzzy synthetic evaluation approach was feasible in sensory evaluation.
