摘　　要：高等职业教育作为高等教育发展中的一个类型,肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的使命。校企合作是高职院校加强高技能人才培养的一项根本措施。珠海城市职业技术学院旅游管理专业在校企合作人才培养模式上进行了有益的实践探索,为发展珠海旅游业提供了大量高素质人才,为培养应用型旅游业人才的校企合作人才培养模式提出了有效途径。As a category of higher education, higher vocational education undertakes the mission of training high-skilled talents needed by front-line production, construction, service and management positions. Therefore, school-enterprise cooperation is a fundamental measure for vocational colleges to strengthen training of high-skilled talents. The major of tourism management in our college has made beneficial exploratory practices about talents training mode for school-enterprise cooperation, offering plenty of highly qualified talents for the development of tourist industry in Zhuhai, and proposing effective ways of talents training mode for school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate applied tourism talents.
