青椒碱对DEN诱发大鼠肝癌抑制作用的流式细胞光度术分析

摘　　要：用二乙基亚硝胺 (DEN)诱发大鼠肝癌为动物模型 ,采用流式细胞术 (FCM)观察中药青椒碱对肝细胞DNA合成的影响。实验结果表明治疗组S期细胞数较模型组明显减少 ,而G1期细胞增多 ,说明青椒碱可阻止癌前病变肝细胞由G1期向S期进程 ,使其DNA合成受到抑制 ,阻止细胞分裂 。In this paper, rat hepatoma was induced by diethylnitrosamine(DEN). The effects of schinifoline on DNA synthesis in hepatoma cell was observed by means of Flow Cytometry. It was showed that schinifoline could help to relieve the cell's quantity on S phase and increase it during G1 phase to S phase. So, schinifoline can treat experimental hepatocarcinogenisis by inhibiting hepatoma cell's DNA synthesis and preventing the cytodiaeresis.
