摘 要:目的了解在校护理学硕士研究生对参与校际课程资源共享的意愿。方法应用自制调查问卷对上海某三所高等医学院校在校护理学硕士研究生进行调查。结果愿意选择共享课程者占被调查者的90.3%,但有约40%研究生不愿到距离较远的院校上课。在网络教学形式的接受程度上,有21%的被调查者不完全接受,有近1/3被调查者认为网络教学可能无法达到良好的教学效果。结论目前在校护理学研究生普遍乐于接受校际专业课程资源共享,但距离、时间等是妨碍其参与共享的主要因素。网络教学可以成为课程共享的形式之一,但应重视其互动性的设计,以保证教学效果。Objective To understand the nursing graduate students' willingness to participate in the professional curriculum resources sharing programme among universities.Methods The nursing graduate students in three medical universities in Shanghai were investigated by using a self-developed questionaire.Results Of all the respondents,90.3% were willing to select sharable curriculum,while 40% would be heritate if the distance between universities was far;21% couldn't completely accept web-based teaching as an access to share curriculum resources;approximately 1/3 were concerned for the effects of web-based teaching.Conclusion Most nursing graduate students are willing to be involved in professional curriculum resources sharing programme.However,several factors may hinder their participation,such as the distance between universities,time,etc.Web-based teaching could be an important access to share curriculum resources only when its interaction is well designed and realized.
