高职院校学生技能培训鉴定的现状分析及对策——以昆明冶专为例

摘　　要：高职院校对学生开展职业技能培训鉴定是高职院校适应经济、自身发展和服务社会的必然要求。以昆明冶专为例,在分析学生职业技能培训鉴定管理现状的基础上,指出高职院校开展学生职业技能鉴定工作中面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Occupational skill testing to students in higher vocational colleges is a necessary requirement for the colleges to adapt to the economy,develop itself and serve the society.The paper,through analyzing its status quo in Kunming Metallurgy College,pointed out the problems in carrying out occupational skill testing work in higher vocational colleges and proposed some strategies to solve them.
