摘  要:通过静态吸附考察了硅藻土用量、作用时间、温度、pH值、Fe3+离子初始浓度对硅藻土吸附Fe3+性能的影响;通过不同温度下的等温吸附实验,初步研究了硅藻土对Fe3+离子的吸附热力学规律;对硅藻土用量、作用时间、温度、pH值四个因素进行正交实验,考察硅藻土原土和酸洗土对Fe3+的最佳吸附条件。研究结论如下:①硅藻土酸洗改性可以提高其对Fe3+离子的吸附效果;②在一定范围内增加用土量、延长吸附作用时间、升高温度、提高pH值均可改善硅藻土对Fe3+的吸附效果,而随着Fe3+初始浓度的增加其吸附效果是下降的;③硅藻土对Fe3+的吸附较好的符合Langmuir吸附等温模型;④硅藻土对Fe3+最佳吸附条件为用土量8g/L、吸附时间60min、温度40℃、pH值4.0。The effects of quantity of diatomaceous earth,adsorption time,temperature,pH value and initial concentration of Fe3+ on adsorptive property of diatomite to Fe3+ were studied by static adsorption.Through by isothermal adsorption test under different temperature,the thermodynamics law of adsorption of diatomite to Fe3+ was initiatively studied.An orthogonal experiment with factors of diatomite amount,adsorption time,temperature,pH value was operated to find out the best adsorption conditions of diatomite raw soil and diatomite acid modification to Fe3+.The result are as follows:①the adsorption effect of acid modification diatomite was better than original diatomite;② In some extent,the adsorption effect of diatomite to Fe3+ were enhanced with increase of quantity of diatomite amount,prolongation of adsorption time,rise of temperature and elevation of pH value,but weakened with increase of initial concentration of Fe3+;③the adsorption of diatomite to Fe3+ accords with Langmuir isothermal adsorption model;④the best conditions of diatomite to Fe3+ are:quantity of diatomite 8 g/L,adsorption time 60 minutes,temperature 40℃ and pH 4.0.
