摘　　要：大学生班级心理训练非常重要,应在自我探索、人际和谐、两性情感、心理和谐、心理适应与压力管理、感知幸福、情绪管理、学会学习乐在学习等八个方面开展训练,采用心理游戏、心理拓展、角色扮演、认知调节等训练方法,并通过训练过程、学生自我评价、他人评价和班级活动表现状况折射等进行训练效果评估。Class psychological training of college students is very important.College students＇psychological training contains self explo-ration,interpersonal harmony,sexual feelings,psychological harmony,psychological adaptation and stress management,perceived happiness,emotional management,learning and happy studying.It adopts different methods of psychological training,such as psychological game training,psychological development training method,role playing,cognitive adjusting method of training and etc.And the assessment of the training is determined by the students＇self evaluation,others＇evalua-tion and class activities.
