摘　　要：目的：观察活血通腑法对急性脑出血的疗效.方法：将急性脑出血患者240例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用活血通腑中药.结果：经治1月,治疗组临床疗效及血液流变性的改善均优于对照组.结论：活血通腑法治疗急性脑出血有一定临床价值.Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxue Tongfu therapy on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： To choose 240 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage randomly divide into treatment group and control group, the two groups taking the western medicine, in treatment group taking the integrative medicine. Result： after 1 month, in treatment group the clinical effect and hemorheology is better than the control group. Conclusion： Huoxue Tongfu therapy on treating acute cerebral hemorrhage has a good effect, is worth being clinically appliced.
