海南黎族人群胸腺素原a基因的克隆及分析

摘　　要：人胸腺素原a是一种在体内广泛存在的强酸性蛋白质,不但对免疫系统具有重要的调节作用,而且对细胞增殖与癌症、细胞调亡等生命活动具有重要的调节作用.本文对海南黎族人群的胸腺素原基因进行了克隆分析,发现在海南黎族人群中胸腺素原a基因序列大致与郭葆玉等报导的汉族人群的基因序列相同.个别位点的基因多态性的确定需要进一步的研究.Originally a human prothymosin is a acidic protein widely existing in the human body. It＇s involved not only in the immune-regulating but also in the cell proliferation, cancer and apoptosis. We cloned the coding sequence of ProTct in Li humanity and analyzed it. The result indicates that the coding sequence from Li is similar to the sequence from Han reported by professor Guo. There＇s also some polymorphism site exiting which need further research.
