白细胞介素Ⅱ胸腔内给药治疗恶性胸腔积液的体会

摘　　要：目的：观察白细胞介素Ⅱ胸腔内给药治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效.方法：在选定观察期限（4周）内定时抽放恶性胸腔积液病人的胸水.抽放后胸腔内局部注射定量白细胞介素Ⅱ（60～100万单位）,比较治疗前后患者胸水量、性状的变化.结果：本组20例病人中,经治疗显效者9例,有效者7例,无效者4例,临床有效率可达80%,治疗后病人胸水性状有明显改变.结论：白细胞介素Ⅱ胸腔内局部使用是治疗恶性胸腔积液有效的方法,值得推广.Objective： To observe clinical the effect of treating malignant pleural effusion with interleukin-Ⅱ in intrapleural administration. Methods： To choose patients of malignant pleural effusion in observation period. Quantitative injection of IL- Ⅱ （60-100 million units） after drainage, to compare change of thoracic volume, character. Results： After treatment, cure were 9 cases, effective were7 cases, invalid were 4 cases, clinical effective rate was 80%, patients have significant change after treatment. Conclusion： Treating malignant pleural effusion with interleukin- Ⅱ in intrapleural administration, has a good effect, is worth being applied.
