鼻咽癌放疗患者血清结合唾液酸含量的动态研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗患者血清结合唾液含量对鼻咽癌放疗的监测作用。方法用改良硫代巴比妥显色法检测了43例鼻咽癌患者的血清结合唾液酸（LSA）含量及放疗后的改变。结果鼻咽癌患者血清LSA含量为256．92±57．02mg/1明显高于正常对照。Ⅰ、ⅡⅢ期的LSA含量分别为194．50±61．30mg/1、247．63±47．13mg/1、286．79±50．37mg/1，呈明显正相关（r＝0．996）。放疗后血清LSA水平明显下降（P＜0．001），其中未分化癌的LSA阴转率为81．87％，低分化癌为43．75％，有显著性差异。结论血清LSA作为鼻咽癌的一种标记物与其病变程度有关，对疗效追踪、监测病情变化有一定临床意义。Using the methed of urea-whitun dichloroisocy anurate-thymol , LSA levels was measured in 43 cases with NPC before and after radiotherapy and compared with 65 healthy controls . The Results show that the levels of sezum LSA in paients with NPC was 256.92±57.02mg/1, significandy higher than healthy individuals which was 134 .78±35. 24mg/1 (P＜0.001). The positive rate of isA in NPC was 88. 73 %. The amounts of serum the was 194.5±61 .30mg/1 in stage I disease, 247.63±47. 13mg/1 in stage Ⅱ and　286.79±50. 37mg/1 in stage Ⅲ. There was a strongly peihve correlation between the stage and the level of　serum tal (r =0. 996 ). The ou content fell significanily after radiotherapy (P＜0.001). 81. 8% cases in undifferenhated carcinotna with posihve LSA tumed negative, and 43.7% in poorly differentiated squareus careinoma.The difference was significant (P＜0.05 ). The trial suggested that the serum LSA levels as a valuable eder of NPC was related to sevetity of disease and it might be helpful in assessing therapeuhc effect, monitoring hte relapse and metastasis of NPC after radiotherapy.
