摘  要:当前,职业教育正处在快速发展期,也是改革与创新、突显职业教育类型的关键时期,机遇与挑战并存。职业教育与一般普通高等学校的学科型办学模式的不同就在于,高职教育要走校企合作、工学结合的道路,培养高素质技能型人才。西安电力高等专科学校对如何将职业教育与职工培训有效的融合进行了深入的研究探索和实践,具有较强的示范意义和借鉴作用。At present, vocational education is in a raid development period and also in a reforming and innovative era with both opportunities and challenges coexisting. A large difference in schooling pattern of vocational education from regular higher education lies in training direction. The former takes the way of "school -enterprise cooperation" and the "study - work combination", and aims to develop highly -qualified skilled talents. How vocational education and employee training are effectively combined were deeply studied, explored and practiced in Xi' an Electric Power College with great significance for demonstration and reference.
