摘　　要：研究人舌鳞癌整合素α_5β_1、α_vβ_3表达的生物学意义；方法:应用免疫组化方法对30例鳞癌组织素α_5β_1和α_vβ_3作半定量分析。结果：整全素素α_5β_1表达越强，舌鳞癌分化越好；整合素素α_vβ_3表达越强,舌鳞癌分化越差。结论：整合素素α_5β_1、α_vβ_3表达与舌鳞癌分化度相关，并有可能作为判断舌鳞癌预后的一个指证。To investwite the biologi-cal significance of integhn α_5β_1 and α_vβ_3 in squa-mous carcinoma of tongue. Methods: Integrinα_5β_1 and α_vβ_3 were examined immunohis-tochemically in 30 cases of of squamous carcinomaof tongue. Results: The expression of integrin α_5β_1was stronger in well differentiated squamous car-cinoma of tongue than that in poorly differentiat-ed; on the contrary, the expression of integrin α_vβ_3was stronger in poorly differentiated squamous-carcinoma than that in well diffesentiated. Con-clusions: the expression of integrins α_5β_1 and α_vβ_3may be related to the differentiation of squamouscarcinoma of tongue, and integrin α_5β_1 and α_vβ_3within the canceroua tissue may be used for prog-nosis of the patients.
