颊屏式双阻板磁力矫治器治疗下颌后缩畸形

摘　　要：目的：以磁力代替传统的机械力，结合功能矫治的基本原理，寻求治疗下颌后缩的更有效的方法与途径，方法：设计出一种新型的颊屏式双阴板磁力矫治器，对以下颌后缩为主要病因的AngleⅡ类Ⅰ分类错的混合牙列患者，进行了临床矫治研究。结果；治疗后显示上下颌在矢状方向的不调得到根本纠正，Ⅱ类关系改正，下面部垂直高度增加，侧貌凸面型明显改观。结论：颊屏式双阻板磁力矫治器能有效地诱导下颌前移，刺激下颌骨的生长及髁突的改健，同时也能起到掏上颌生长的作用。To seek more feefctive approaches to treat madibular retrusion.Methods:A new type of buccal magnetic twin block appliance was designed and used in the treatment of madibular retrusive with Angle class Ⅱ divisionⅠ malocclusion in the mixed dentition stage in 6cases.Results:Upper and lowerjaw discrepancyin the sagittal direction and Class Ⅱ malocclusionwere corrected,lower facial height increased andfacial profile convexity was remarkably improved after treatment with the appliance in all the cas es.Conclusion:The magnetic twin block appliance can effectively induce forward movement of madible, stimulate condylar remodeling,and in the meantime relatively restrain maxillarygrowth.
