摘　　要：中国战略管理学的研究在过去十年发展很快,这与国家自然基金会管理学部的成立分不开的。虽然中国的战略管理学研究在研究问题的侧重点与国际战略管理学研究重点存在明显的不同,比如公司治理结构是中国战略管理研究的重点,而创业和战略联盟则是国际学者研究的热点。但是,对比过去五年的文献我们发现,在研究方法和理论基础上两者的差距比五年前明显缩小。从本"专刊"发表的论文看,研究方法的多样性是一大特点。而从研究问题来看,战略联盟和全球化背景下中国企业的战略管理将是近期战略管理研究的关注的热点。As a newly developed area in management research in China,strategic management has gained its significance in the last ten years concurrently with the establishment of Management Divi-sion of the National Science Foundation of China.While there are significant differences in research focuses between publications made by international strategic management scholars in English Journals such as Strategic Management Journal and those made by Chinese scholars published in Chinese in journals such as Manage-ment World and Nankai Management Review,there is a clear tendency of convergence in methodology and theoretical foundations used in these researches.In an in-depth and extensive survey on 544 PhD dissertations in strategic management area completed in the period of 2006-2010 among leading research universities in China also confirms that tendency.Strategic management and corporate governance is the single most important research topic in Chinese publications,reflecting the challenges facing Chinese enterprises in China＇s economic transformation while the topics in international publications are entrepreneurship/innovation and strategic alliances.We have observed three features that are shaping research directions in the most recent past in China and will probably influence the future research directions：convergence of academic research methods as well as focus in China and those internationally;organizational challenges of Chinese enterprises in China＇s institutional transition;globalization of business practices.These features are reflected,to certain degree,in the five essays published in this special issue：a variety of methods are used in those essays：conceptual analysis,model based analysis,multi-case methods,statistics methods,showing sophistication of the research methods.Those five essays cover essentially two topics：corporate diversification and strategic alliance,a research point that has undergone extensive research in the field,and international aspects of strategic management.The latter part r
