摘 要:近年来,制度基础观已成为战略管理的第三个重要研究支点,制度因素对企业市场进入模式的选择有重大影响。本文基于制度基础观,研究反映在管制因素、规范因素和认知因素三个维度上的制度环境对企业市场进入模式的资源承诺、控制程度和股权特征的影响,建立了制度环境与企业海外市场进入模式影响关系的理论框架,提出了研究命题,指出了研究的不足和未来研究方向。The choice of entry mode has become a crucial strategy decision for firms wishing to enter international markets,as it will have an important influence on their future business success.Although the analysis of the determinants of this decision has been the subject of numerous works,there still remains relatively little survey work that has examined the association between institutional factors and firms' market entry mode in emerging economies.Drawing from institutional theories,this paper reviews the literature regarding institutional factors that have a significant impact on the firms' market entry mode selection,and reveals the influence of institution environment reflected in regulative,normative and cognitive dimensions on the level of resource commitment,control,and equity ownership,and establishes the theoretical framework of institution environment and firms' foreign market entry mode selection,and also develops the eleven propositions for future empirical study,and also obtains the four main conclusions as follows:(1) The entry mode in terms of the level of resource commitment,control,and equity ownership,has an inverted U shape relationship with the strength of regulative environment in the host or home country;(2) The normative institution distance between the host and the home countries has mostly negative influences on the level of resource commitment,control,and equity ownership;(3) The stronger the network ties and political connections in the local economy,the lower the level of resource commitment,control,and equity ownership in the entry mode that will be chosen by foreign firms.(4) Form the cognitive institutional viewpoints,(a) when perceived similarity existing between the current entry and prior entries is great,firms will be more likely to expand into this country;(b) when perceived similarity existing between the current entry and prior entries is low,firms will be choose an entry mode that has been most frequently adopted by other firms,or choose an entry m
