右旋佐匹克隆与佐匹克隆治疗失眠症的对照研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨右旋佐匹克隆治疗失眠症的临床疗效与安全性。【方法】102例失眠症患者随机分为两组，分别予以右旋佐匹克隆与佐匹克隆治疗，疗程2周。采用睡眠障碍量表（SDRS）、副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。【结果】治疗2周，右旋佐匹克隆组的有效率为80．4％，佐匹克隆组的有效率为76．5％，两组的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。【结论】右旋佐匹克隆治疗失眠症安全有效。[Objective] To explore the efficacy and safety of eszopielone in the treatment of patients with insomnia. [Methods] Totally 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups which were given eszopiclone or zopiclone for 2 weeks, respectively. The efficacy of patients was assessed with SDRS and the side effects were evaluated with TESS. [Results] After 2-week treatment, the effective rate of eszopictone and zop iclone were 80.4% and 76.5%, respectively. There no significant difference between two groups. [Conclusion] Eszopiclone is effective and safe in the treatment of insomnia.
