摘　　要：本文在对我国22家成人教育专业硕士学位点展开信息普查工作的基础上,通过文献研究、会议成果整理等对我国成人教育学专业的发展现状及其存在的问题做了较为全面的分析。从学位点建设、办学模式、师资队伍建设、研究生招生、培养和就业等方面探讨学位点建设与发展的对策。Based on full grasp of information of the 22 master degrees of adult education,the article analyzed on the development and existing problems of adult education.Then,the article did a more comprehensive analysis on solutions for constructing master degrees of adult education.
