栀子黄色素提取与纯化研究进展

摘　　要：栀子黄色素具有清热祛火、凉血利胆、降低胆固醇和抗癌保健等功效,是一种品质优良的天然色素,具有广泛的应用价值。为给栀子资源的充分利用与栀子产业化发展提供参考依据,就栀子黄色素的提取与精制纯化的研究情况与研究进展进行了综述,并提出了栀子黄色素生产工艺的研究发展方向。As a fine and widely used natural pigment,yellow pigment in gardenia has the efficacies of clearing heat and anti-inflammation,anticancer,cooling blood,reducing cholesterol and cholagogic effect.In order to provide more references for industrialization development and fully utilization of gardenia,the researches on extraction and purification of yellow pigment in gardenia were reviewed,and development direction of production techniques of yellow pigment in gardenia was pointed out.
