摘  要:目的了解猫爪草提取物毒理学方面的安全性。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验9、0 d喂养实验对猫爪草提取物安全性毒理学进行研究。结果经口急性毒性试验表明,MTD>20.0 g/kg.bw;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核和小鼠精子畸形试验结果阴性;90 d喂养实验中体重增加和食物利用率、血液学指标值无异常,生化指标值在正常值范围内,未见大鼠主要脏器组织出现有意义的病理学改变。结论未见猫爪草提取物有明显的毒副作用。Objective To study the safety of radix ranunculi ternati extracts in toxicological aspects. Methods The toxicological safety of radix ranunculi ternati extracts was assessed by mouse acute oral toxicity test,Ames test,mouse bone marrow micronucleus test,mouse sperm abnormality test and 90-day feeding test. Results MTD in mouse acute oral toxicity test was higher than 20.0 g/kg·bw.Negative results were showed in Ames test,mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test.No significant differences were found in body weight gain,food utilization rates and haemotological indices between test groups and control group.Serum biochemical indices all fell into the ranges of normal values.No meaningful histological changes were observed in the rats' main tissues. Conclusions No significant toxic effects were found in radix ranunculi ternati extracts in this study.
