摘　　要：目的探讨藻酸钙止血贴片在肝脏恶性肿瘤患者化疗栓塞(TACE)后促进穿刺点愈合的效果。方法 2008年1月-2010年9月共有62例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者TACE治疗后使用了藻酸钙止血贴片,对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 62例患者共进行了133次TACE,并于术后使用了藻酸钙止血贴片贴敷穿刺点,128次贴片使用后穿刺点愈合满意,满意率为96.2%,经统计学分析,首次使用贴片和重复使用贴片止血成功率无统计学意义,无严重并发症发生。结论藻酸钙止血贴片用于肝脏恶性肿瘤患者TACE后促进穿刺点愈合安全可行。Objective To investigate the application of calcium alginate patches in transarterial chemoembolization in patients with liver cancer.Methods From Jan 2008 to Sept 2010,62 cases of liver cancer used calcium alginate hemostatic patch after TACE treatment,and the clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 62 patients received 133 times TACE,and calcium alginate used to stop bleeding after patching the puncture site patch.Satisfaction achieved in 128 cases,with satisfaction rate of 96.2%.With statistical analysis,there was no difference between first patch and re-use patch.No significant bleeding occurred,no serious complications.Conclusion The alginate hemostatic patch after TACE for liver cancer patients is safe and feasible to promote healing of the puncture point.
