摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肝癌科学综合,合理流程的最佳治疗方案;方法利用Seldinger技术行TACE,栓塞治疗后,对病灶行RFA/PEI的联合微创治疗;结果治疗病人10例,5年2例,三年5例,2年3例。结论 TACE+RFA/PEI能明显延长原发性肝癌的总生存期,部分可以根治。Objective To discuss the scientific,comprehensive and the better treatment process of primary liver cancer.Methods With Seldinger technique,TACE was done first to embolize the tumors.Then RFA or PEI was performed to ablate the tumors.Results Combination treatment was done in 10 cases,in which two cases survived for five years,five cases for three years,three cases for two years.Conclusion TACE＋RFA/PEI could significantly prolong the overall survival of primary liver cancer and some can be cured.
