摘　　要：随着我国加入WTO及经济一体化的发展,培养国际化复合型人才成为高校人才培养的目标之一。本文结合土力学与地基基础课程双语教学实践,就高校开展双语教学的必要性、实践等方面进行了认真的探索和研究,并提出了一些建议和设想。With the rapid development of the China＇s accession to the WTO and global economic integration,it is one of the main goals in college education to cultivate internationalized and multifunctional talents.In the paper,combining bilingual teaching of the course＂soil mechanics and base foundation＂,the necessity and practice about bilingual teaching in colleges and universities are explored and studied carefully,and some suggestions and tentative ideas are proposed.
