高校辅导员视角下的大学生廉洁教育

摘　　要：大学生是民族的希望,是祖国未来优秀的建设人才,在高校中全面启动针对大学生的廉洁教育,为大学生提前接种"防腐疫苗",使他们树立敬廉崇洁的意识,是从源头上预防腐败的一项基础性工作,是现阶段广大高校思政工作者的一项重要任务。作为高校思想政治教育工作队伍的主体,辅导员直接面对学生,在大学生廉洁教育中发挥着教育引导、榜样示范和督促协调等非常重要的作用。充分调动广大辅导员的积极性,对学生进行先入为主的廉洁教育,既是一项前瞻性的从源头上预防腐败滋生的系统工程,也是高校培养具有高素质、高品格的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要举措。Colleges students are considered the hope of the nation and builder of the future.Honesty education for these young people is like vaccine which can help them respect and admire honesty.It is a fundamental and significant task in ideological education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is important to give full play to the instructors＇ educating,leading and supervising role in their daily interaction with the students to help students form a preconceived notion about honesty.This is a systemic task that can prevent corruption and eliminate its root causes and a meaningful measure to cultivate talents of high quality and integrity for the cause of socialist construction.
