复方苦参注射液对肺癌患者化疗后细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液对肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法肺癌化疗患者83例,随机分为观察组(复方苦参联合化疗)和单纯化疗组,另外选取31例健康人作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测外周血T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数。结果治疗前,观察组和化疗组外周血T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数量显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。化疗后,化疗组和观察组外周血T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数均较化疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组各指标均显著高于化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态,化疗进一步抑制肺癌患者的免疫功能。应用复方苦参注射液可改善化疗对肺癌患者的免疫抑制状态。Objective To observe the effect of compound Kushen injection on immune function of lung cancer patients treated by chemotherapy.Methods 83 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups：44 patients in chemotherapy group received routine chemotherapy including vinorelbine and cisplatin,39 patients in research group were treated with both chemotherapy and compound Kushen injection.In addition,selecting 31 health people as control group.To detect the number of CD3＋,CD4＋,NK cell and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio on peripheral blood by flow cytometry.Results Compared with control group,the mean values of CD3＋,CD4＋,NK cell and CD4＋ /CD8＋ratio in lung cancer patients were significantly decreased（P0.01）.The mean values of CD3＋,CD4＋,NK cell and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio were significantly decreased after chemotherapy both in chemotherapy group and research group（P0.05）,but each index of research group was significantly higher than that of chemotherapy group（P0.05）.Conclusion The immune functions of patients with lung cancer were in a suppressive stage,which can be depressed furtherly by chemotherapy.Compound Kushen injection can improve the immunosuppression state in lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.
