摘　　要：潘达微编撰的《小儿滑稽习画帖》是我国最早的漫画教科书,它影响了一大批早期漫画创作者,因而它在我国近代美术史上的地位是不言而喻的。文章首先对《小儿滑稽习画帖》的作者和内容特色做一些详细的考证,然后总结出它的价值和意义,为它在中国近代美术史上找到恰当的位置。The Funny Children Painting Quote compiled by Pan Dawei is our country＇ s earliest cartoon textbook, which affects a large number of early cartoon creators,so its position in the history of modern art is self - evident. This article firstly carries out some detailed researches of the author and its content characteristics,and then sums up its value and significance,finding the right place for it in the Chinese modern art history.
