关于加强高校院系资料室建设的思考

摘　　要：高校院系资料室是高校图书资料信息系统的重要组成部分,有着图书馆无法替代的优势和作用。针对高校院系资料室存在的基础设施简陋、经费投入不足、专业人员短缺、管理不够规范和服务手段落后等问题提出条件优化、人员专业化、藏书特色化、管理科学化、信息数字化、服务个性化和资源共享化等措施。The Reference Room of College plays an important role in material information systems in universities. It has the advantage and function which cannot be replaced by the libraries. But the current situation of the Reference Room is unable to meet the needs of reform and development, strengthening the construction of college reference room is imperative.
