摘 要:对近百年文献中所报道的Co-Si体系相平衡数据,尤其是自1991年以来出现的实验数据,进行了严格的评估.为了验证文献数据的可靠性,在整个成分范围内通过电弧熔炼制备9个关键合金,并在1100℃退火4天.随后采用XRD、EPMA和DSC等分析技术获得了Co-Si体系新的相平衡数据.在文献数据和实验数据的基础上,建立了迄今为止最为完善的Co-Si二元相图,为后续的热力学计算提供了可靠的相图数据信息.All the phase equilibria of the binary Co-Si system available in the literature for the past 100 years have been critically assessed,focusing on those experimental data since 1991.In order to verify the reliability of the literature data,9 decisive binary alloys over the whole composition range were prepared by arc-melting,and annealed at 1 100℃for 4 days.XRD,EPMA and the DSC analysis techniques were subsequently employed to obtain new phase equilibria of the Co-Si system.Based on the literature data and the presently experimental results,the most complete Co-Si binary phase diagram to date were established, which can provide the reliable phase diagram information for the following thermodynamic calculations.
