摘　　要：通过文献研究法、调查法以及数据统计法对黑龙江省16所本科院校的2300名高校老年教职工的健身情况进行了研究,为有关部门了解和掌握高校老年教职工参加健身活动提供了第一手材料,对更好地开展高校老年教职工的健身活动从而带动全民健身具有一定的指导意义。In this paper,the exploration for the exercise of 2 300 aged teachers and employees of 16 Colleges Universities in Heilongjiang province by the method of documentary,investigation and the statistical method we can realize the information of the exercise of Colleges Universities aged teachers and employees of and administer to develop the exercise of all of the people and the exercise of aged teachers and employees in Colleges Universities.
