摘  要:Ion can be accelerated through hole in cyclotron, its energy will be turned into kinetic energy because of accelerating electric field, thus the energy of ion can be increased finally. Transmitter feeds the RF power into RF cavity through power coupling system, and it generates RF electric field because of resonance in the body of cavity. To minimize reflection of RF power, we must meet the command of impedance matching between the transmitter and RF cavity. Several kinds of coupling styles can be used.
