摘　　要：目的从文献引证的角度分析《实用儿科临床杂志》载文的影响力。方法利用中国知识基础设施工程(中国知网,CNKI)期刊全文数据库、引文数据库按照年度检索《实用儿科临床杂志》2005-2009年载文量及载文被引情况。结果 5年共刊发论文4208篇,被引用2938篇,被引率为69.82%;其中2005年载文被引率最高(86.00%)。总被引频次10042次,单篇平均被引频次3.42次,单篇被引最高频次为49次。基金资助论文被引率(71.43%)和单篇平均被引频次(3.80次)均高于非基金资助论文被引率(69.40%)和单篇平均被引频次(3.32次)。被引频次>20次的25篇论文中专家论坛、继续教育、诊断标准.治疗方案等综述形式文章共15篇,临床研究9篇,基础研究1篇;内容涉及最多的为肺炎支原体感染。本刊论文被引>30次以上作者共25位,共被引1581次,占总被引频次的15.74%。其中绝大多数作者具有高职称、高学历,多为研究生导师。统计被引频次排名前10位的发文单位,共发文736篇,占总被引篇数的25.05%,被引2816次,占总被引频次的28.04%。除本刊外引用本刊前5位的杂志分别为《中国实用儿科杂志》、《中国当代儿科杂志》、《中国误诊学杂志》、《临床儿科杂志》、《中国妇幼保健》,绝大多数为中文核心期刊和中国科技论文统计源期刊(中国科技核心期刊)。结论本刊具有很强的专业性及较高的学科影响力,是我国儿科临床、科研工作的重要信息源,基本体现了我国儿科领域研究的最新和最高水平。Objective To assess the impact of papers issued on Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics by citation analysis.Methods Papers and citations issued on Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics from 2005 to 2009 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）-Chinese Journal Full-text Database（CJFD） and CNKI-Chinese Citation Database.Results Of the total 4 208 papers,2 938 papers were cited and the citation rate was 69.82%.The citation rate of the papers published in 2005 was the highest（86.00%）.The total citation frequency of 2 938 papers was 10 042 times and the average citation frequency of single paper was 3.42 times with the top times of 49.Citation rate of funded papers（71.43%） and average citation frequency of single paper（3.80 times） were higher than thoes of non-funded papers（69.40%,3.32 times）.Twenty five papers were cited more than 20 times including 15 Professional Forum,Further Education,Diagnostic Stan-dard and Therapeutic Schema columns,9 clinical studies and 1 basic research.The most-cited papers referred to mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.There were 25 authors whose papers citation rates30 times,total citation frequency was 1 581 times（15.74%）.Most of the authors had high job title and high educational background.Most of them were doctoral tutor or master tutor.There were 736 papers（25.05%） in the top 10 author′s unit according to citation rates,which total citation frequency was 2 816 times（28.04%）.The first five journals except Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics which had most-cited the papers were Chinese Journal of Practical Pediatrics,Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics,Chinese Journal of Misdiagnostics,Journal of Clinical Pediatrics,Maternal and Child Health Care of China.Most of these journals were Chinese Core Journals and Source Journals for Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations（Chinese Scientific and Technological Core Joumals）.Conclusions The journal is highly specialized and influential,and it has become
