摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病性癫痫的临床特点、发病机制和防治措施。方法对22例糖尿病性癫痫患者的临床资料进行分析并结合文献进行讨论。结果该病好发于老年人中有糖尿病或隐性糖尿病史者,以局限性运动性发作及持续状态形式多见,脑电图检查发现明显的癫痫波者较少,抗癫痫药物疗效不明显,控制血糖能终止癫痫发作。结论癫痫的发作与血糖升高密切相关。在诊疗癫痫时,要考虑血糖因素,尤其老年人出现局限性发作且抗癫痫药物疗效不佳者,应考虑本病可能,及时给予血糖监测等检查。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,pathogenesis and preventive methods of diabetic epilepsy.Methods Twenty-two medical records of in-patients of diabetic epilepsy were reviewed with digest as well as discussion were carried out.Results Diabetic epilepsy was often found in the elderly patients who suffered from diabetes or latent diabetes,and its clinical symptoms had been often found in local external epileptic attack patients and continuous epileptic patients.EEG clearly showed fewer patients with epilepsy wave.In this case,the effect of anti-epileptic medication was not obvious;controlling blood sugar can end epilepsy attack.Conclusion Epilepsy attack is closely related with high blood glucose.In diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy,blood qlucose factor should be taken into account,especially when limitations of attack appeared in the elderly patients,the treatment effect of anti-epileptic medication is not clear.Therefore,the incidence of diabetic epilepsy should be considered,and blood glucose should be taken promptly.
