摘  要:目的:鉴定一株来自于海南文昌红海榄茎的内生真菌菌株BGD22,分离其抑菌活性代谢产物。方法:根据形态学特征和ITS序列分析结果对菌株BGD22进行鉴定;采用各种色谱方法分离乙酸乙酯提取物中的化学成分,并根据化合物的波谱数据确定结构。结果:菌株BGD22被鉴定为黑曲霉的一种,从该菌株中分离到3个化合物:草酸二甲酯(1)、枸橼酸二甲酯(2)和麦角甾醇(3),其中枸橼酸二甲酯具有较弱的抑制藤黄八叠球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌生长的活性,最低抑菌浓度(M IC)分别为0.5和0.9 mg.mL-1。结论:从红海榄茎中分离到的内生真菌黑曲霉可分泌抑菌活性代谢产物枸橼酸二甲酯。Objective: To identify the fungus strain BGD22 isolated from the stem of Rhizophora stylosa Griff and to isolate its antibacterial metabolites.Methods: The strain BGD22 was identified by its morphological characters and ITS sequence.The acetic ether extracts were purified by column chromatography.The compounds were identified by their spectroscopic data.Results: The fungus strain BGD22 was identified as Aspergillus niger.Three compounds were purified and their structures were elucidated as methyl oxalate,1,5-dimethyl citrate and ergosterol,among which 1,5-dimethyl citrate showed weak antibacterial activity against the growth of Sarcina lutea and Bacillus subtilis with MIC value of 0.5 and 0.9mg·mL-1,respectively.Conclusion: The Aspergillus niger strain BGD22 isolated from the stem of Rhizophora stylosa Griff can secrete 1,5-dimethyl citrate which showed weak antibacterial activity.
