5种中草药提取物对嗜水气单胞菌体外抑菌效果的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究5种中草药提取物对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)的体外抑菌效果。[方法]以鱼类常见病原菌嗜水气单胞菌为供试菌,测定了5种中草药对嗜水气单胞菌的体外抑菌作用,并测定了其中效果较好的中草药的治愈率,确定了其最佳用药剂量。[结果]在相同试验条件下,5种中草药中五倍子(Rhus chinensisMill)、石榴皮(Punica granatumL.)和诃子(Terminalia chebulaRetz)对嗜水气单胞菌有较强的抑菌效果,其中五倍子抑菌效果显著高于其他几种中草药(P<0.05)。五倍子治疗由嗜水气单胞菌引起的细菌性败血症的最佳治疗剂量为:0.5 mg/ml五倍子药液药浴40 min,治愈率为100%。[结论]为鱼类暴发性细菌病的防治提供了科学的用药依据。[Objective] The aim was to study the in vitro anti-bacterial effects of 5 kinds of Chinese herb extracts on Ameromonas hydrophila.[Method] In vitro anti-bacterial effects of 5 kinds of Chinese herb extracts like Rhus chinensis Mill,Syzygium aromaticum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Punica granatum L.and Terminalia chebula Retz on Ameromonas hydrophila were studied,furthermore cure rates of the Chinese herb extracts with better anti-bacterial effects were determined so as to find out the optimal drug dosage.[Result] Under the same experimental conditions,Rhus chinensis,Punica granatum and Terminalia chebula had relatively strong anti-bacterial effects on Ameromonas hydrophila,among them the anti-bacterial effect of Rhus chinensis was significantly higher than those of the others（P0.05）.The optimal treatment dose of Rhus chinensis treating bacterial septicemia caused by Aeromonas hydrophila was that they were treated with medicated bath for 40 min by 0.5 mg/ml Rhus chinensis extract,and the cure rate was 100%.[Conclusion] The research provides a scientific drug basis for the control and prevention of outbreak bacterial diseases of fish.
