摘  要:研究探讨了磺胺甲基异恶唑(SMX)与常见重金属离子Cu的络合情况,分析了SMX与Cu络合前后的紫外特征。结果表明,SMX与Cu发生了明显的络合,而且受到pH值的极大影响。这一现象可以用不同pH值下SMX的存在形态进行可靠解释,在pH值为8.0时,静电吸引对SMX与Cu络合的贡献非常大,SMX与Cu络合前后的紫外特征没有发生明显变化。The complexation situations between sulfamethexazole(SMX) and common heavy metal ion Cu were discussed.The ultraviolet characteristics of SMX and Cu before and after complexation were analyzed.The results showed that the a significant complexation could be observed between SMX and Cu.pH value was greatly affected.This phenomenon could be well explained by different SMX species at different pHs.Electrostatic interaction was the most important interactions force between SMX and pH at pH value of 8.0.No significant changes were observed for SMX before and after complexation regarding its UV characteristics.
