摘　　要：通过对无边界职业生涯概念特征和农村大学生就业特点的分析,提出了无边界职业生涯对农村大学生就业的影响,并提出了无边界职业生涯背景下提升农村大学生就业能力,实现其充分就业的若干对策。The concept characteristics of boundaryless career and employment characteristics of rural college students were expounded,the impact of boundaryless career on rural college students＇s employment was analyzed,and some tactics to improving rural college students＇s employability were put forward in the article.
