血清脂联素与糖尿病视网膜病变关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究血清脂联素水平与泰安汉族人2型糖尿病视网膜病变之间的关系。方法用放射免疫法(R IA)检测泰安地区111例无亲缘关系汉族人空腹血清脂联素浓度。正常对照者35例(正常对照组);2型糖尿病患者76例(2型糖尿病组),其中无糖尿病视网膜病变组(NDR)27例,非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组(NPDR)28例,增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变组(PDR)21例。结果进行统计学分析。结果 2型糖尿病组血清脂联素水平明显地低于正常对照组(P<0.001);PDR组脂联素浓度明显地低于NDR或NPDR组(P<0.001)。结论血清脂联素水平在泰安地区汉族2型糖尿病人中是降低的,脂联素浓度与糖尿病视网膜病变严重程度相关,脂联素可能在糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制中发挥作用,对判断病情、指导治疗、估计预后均有一定意义。Objective： To investigate the association of serum adiponectin levels with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus（DM） in the Han population.Methods： Radioimmunoassay technique was used to determine the serum adiponectin concentration in 76 unrelated type 2 DM and 35 normal control subjects in Taian region.The patients were stratified into three subgroups according to the stage of diabetic retinopath including 27 patients without any retinopathy（NDR）,28 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy（NPDR） and 21 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR）.Results： The adiponectin concentration was significantly decreased in the DM group,and the adiponectin concentration in the PDR group was significantly lower than that in NDR or NPDR.Conclusion： The results show that adiponectin concentrations are lower in patients with type 2 DM and associated with the severity of diabetic retinopathy.
