摘　　要：目的:探讨根管治疗期急症的原因及治疗方法。方法:选择发生EIE的患牙48个,随机分为两组,甲组常规换药,乙组空管糊剂换药,症状消失后根充。记录其首次封药临床疗效及封药次数。结果:甲组和乙组比较经统计学检验首次封药疗效,封药次数,均有明显差异。结论:空管糊剂是治疗EIE的理想药物。Objective：To investigate causes and treatment methods of endodontic interappointment emergencies.Methods：The occurrence of EIAE′s teeth 48,were randomly divided into two groups,Group A conventional dressing,B ATC paste dressing,after the symptoms disappeared the root canal were filled.To record the first time medicament drug efficacy and the numbers of drug closure.Results：Groups A and B were statistically tested,drug efficacy of the first time and drug closure times were significantly different.Conclusions：ATC paste is ideal drug for the treatment of EIAE
