法学本科教育在法律职业能力培养方面存在的不足及对策

摘　　要：我国法学本科教育在学生法律职业能力培养方面存在培养目标、培养方法、培养手段和培养体制等方面的不足。针对这一问题,高等院校法学教学改革应当从培养目标、课程设置、师资队伍、教学方法、实习和毕业论文写作等方面寻找对策,期望能够法学教育教学改革提高培养学生法律职业能力的水平。In Anyang normal university,there are some problems in creating the practical ability of the students in Law faculty,such as the training goal;the training ways;the training methods and the training system.These problems badly inflence our law education teachinh and reform.In order to improve the students＇ professional abilty in law using and the teachers＇ teaching ability and research on the law,we should seek a proper method from the following aspects： training goal;course establishment;teachers＇＇ scale;teaching method;practice and essay writing.
