大学生网络成瘾的原因和对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,大学生网络成瘾问题呈上升趋势,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。网络成瘾影响着大学生的身心健康和学习、生活。本文分析了网络成瘾的特征和原因,并结合大学生心理特点,提出了加强教育疏导监管等针对性地预防措施。In recaent years,more and more college students are indulged into the internet.Such kind of case has been paid more attention by the siciety.Concerntrating on the internet not only influences the students＇ health,mind but also influences the students＇ study and life living.In this essay,the author,by analysing the characteristics and reasons combining with college students＇ psychological features,will put forward some suggestions to this problem.
