摘 要:目的:观察涂用脱敏剂或激光脱敏的牙本质的微结构形态,评价脱敏剂及激光脱敏对树脂粘接剂粘接强度的影响。方法:离体牙去除颊面釉质暴露浅层牙本质。分别不做任何处理、用Gluma脱敏剂处理和用Nd:YAG激光处理。用扫描电镜观察处理牙本质表面和剖面的微观特征。分别用3种树脂粘接剂Rely XTMUnicem、Panavia F、Super-Bond C&B将铸件粘接到处理过的牙本质表面,测定样本的抗剪强度,用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计学分析。结果:Gluma组牙本质小管开口几乎堵塞;Nd:YAG激光处理组小管口熔融封闭或者变窄,照射集中区域出现凹坑状结构。使用Gluma脱敏剂后Super-Bond C&B抗剪强度增大(P<0.05)。使用Nd:YAG激光后3种树脂粘接剂粘接力无明显变化。结论:Gluma脱敏剂可增强Super-Bond C&B的粘接强度。Nd:YAG激光不影响3种树脂粘接剂的粘接强度。Objective:To observe the microscopic characteristic of the dentin surface and cross section after using dental desensitizer or Nd:YAG laser treatment and to evaluate the effect of different treatments of dentin surface on the shear bond strength of three resin cements,RelyXTMUnicem,Panavia F and Super-Bond CB.Methods:The buccal surface of 108 human premolars extracted for orthopaedics was flattened and adequate area of dentin was exposed.No treatment,Gluma desensitizer and Nd:YAG laser were used respectivelly on the prepared dentin surface.The microscopic characteristic of the dentinal surface and cross section were observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The adhered posts to the teeth were bonded with three resin cements respectively.The shear bond strength was measured and data was analyzed by SPSS 11.5 statistic software.Results:The orifices of dentinal tubule were mostly occluded in Gluma treated samples.Dentinal tubule liquate and block or narrowing were observed in Nd:YAG treated samples and pit were found in the region of laser irradiation.The bond strength of Super-Bond CB increased significantly after using Gluma desensitizer(P0.05).The bond strength of the three resin cements did not change after laser irradiation.Conclusion:Gluma desensitizer may enhance the bonding strength of Super-Bond CB.Nd:YAG laser irradiation has no effect on the bonding strength of the three resin cements.
