开患者矫治前后X线头影测量值及语音和心理的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较开畸形患者矫治前后X线头影测量值、语音功能和心理的变化。方法:选择24例开患者,进行直丝弓矫治。X线头影测量检测患者矫治前后牙齿及颌骨的变化;采用汉语语音清晰度测试字表,让患者按提示逐字朗读,高保真录音机进行录音,再由语音专家进行审听;心理调查问卷测试其矫治前后心理状态。SPSS 10.0统计软件进行配对样本t检验。结果:与矫治前相比,矫治后的X线头影测量下牙倾斜度L1/MP、L1-NB、上下前牙交角U1/L1、Y轴角、OD I值变化有显著性意义(P<0.05),面下1/3(ANS-M e)变短,后前面高比(S-Go/N-M e×%)趋于正常,外貌得到改善;语音清晰度提高、心理情绪评分降低,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对开患者进行正畸治疗既能改善其外貌形态,又能使其语音功能有明显提高,改善心理状态。Objective：To investigate the change of cephalometric data,speech articulation and psychology in patients with openbite before and after the orthodontic treatment.Methods：24 patients with openbite were treated with straight wire appliance（SWA）.Morphology of teeth and skeleton before and after treatment was examined with the cephalometric radiogragh.Speech articulation before and after treatment was tested by phoneticians.The psychological health before and after treatment was determined with a series of questionnaire regarding anxiety and depress in Psychological reflecion.Results：The cephalometric analysis showed that L1/MP,L1-NB,U1/L1 and Y-axis were decreased,ODI was increased（P0.05） after treatment.The speech articulation and the psychological health were improved（P0.05）.Conclusion：Orthodontic treatment may improve the appearance,speech articulation and the psychological health in patients with openbite.
