摘　　要：牙中牙是1种较为少见的牙齿发育畸形,本文报道并讨论1例上颌中切牙牙中牙导致其慢性根尖周炎病例。经细致完善的根管治疗,根尖周病变得以治愈。耐心细致的检查、适当的治疗和随访是牙中牙畸形的诊断与治疗的关键。Dens in dente is an unusual malformation of teeth.This article reports and discusses one case of dens in dente with unusual root morphology and chronic periapical lesion that was treated successfully by root canal treatment.A careful oral examination,radiograph,suitable treatment and follow-up are crucial for dens in dente.
