摘　　要：目的研究BAG-1在非小细胞肺癌组织(non-small cell lung cancer NSCLC)中的表达与临床病理特征及含铂方案化疗敏感性的关系,探讨NSCLC的铂类药物敏感性预测及其机制。方法应用免疫组化与RT-PCR方法,检测60例NSCLC术后癌组织、正常肺组织标本中BAG-1蛋白及mRNA表达。随访2～7后进行生存预后分析。结果①BAG-1在NSCLC组织中存在高表达(阳性率为61.67%);其表达水平与细胞分化程度相关;②多因素Cox风险模型分析BAG-1是独立的预后因素;③BAG-1阳性患者具有生存优势(P=0.045),且BAG-1在胞浆中的表达具有更低的死亡风险(P=0.030),BAG-1表达阳性组患者的中位生存时间及5年生存率均高于阴性表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BAG-1与铂类药物敏感性相关,可能作为非小细胞肺癌预后预测指标。【Objective】 This study was designed to investigate the expreesion of BAG-1 in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）and its clinical significance.And to further investigate the mechanism of resistance to platinum.【Methods】 The expreesion of BAG-1 in 60 NSCLC tissues and paired tumor-adjacent tissues were examined by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR.After 2 to 7 follow-up prognosis for survival.【Results】 BAG-1 was highly expressed in NSCLC samples,with a positive rate of 61.67%.BAG-1 is an independent prognostic factor analyzed by Cox regression model;Patients with BAG-1 expression had better survival compared with those with out BAG-1expression（P=0.030）.Platinum-based chemotherapy did＇ tnot prolong survival time in patients with BAG-1 expression but benefited those with out BAG-1expression.【Conclusion】 BAG-1 an be a new prognostic indicator and is helpful for developing individualized treatment for NSCLC.
