摘  要:目的观察半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术(DL Tscpc)治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效。方法对52眼难治性青光眼采用810nm波长激光,能量1.52.5W,行巩膜睫状体光凝术,术后随访观察并记录眼压、视力,眼部自觉症状以及并发症,随访时间为36mo以上。结果 52眼治疗前平均眼压(54.12±12.75)mm Hg,最后随访平均眼压(17.82±8.5)mm Hg,手术有效率96.1%,术后39眼视力无变化,7眼视力提高,6眼视力下降。术前有眼痛的患者,眼痛症状均消失或缓解,并发症少,程度轻,主要有色素膜炎,前房渗出等无眼球萎缩。结论经长期随访观察,半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术是治疗难治性青光眼的一种简单、有效且安全的方法。Objective To observe transscleral diode laser photocoagulation(DL Tscpc) treatment of refractory glaucoma.Methods Totally 52 eyes with refractory glaucoma with 810nm wavelength laser energy 1.52.5W,scleral cyclophotocoagulation postoperative follow-up observation and record intraocular pressure,visual acuity,eye symptoms and complications,follow-up time over the 36month.Results Before treatment,mean IOP in 52 eyes(54.12±1.75) mm Hg,mean IOP of the last follow-up(17.82±8.5)mm Hg,96.1% efficient operation,postoperative visual acuity remained unchanged in 39 eyes,visual acuity improved in 7 eyes,6 visual acuity decreased.Preoperative patients with eye pain,eye pain symptoms disappeared or eased,fewer complications,to a lesser degree,mainly uveitis,anterior chamber exudation no eyeball atrophy.Conclusion Long-term follow-up observation,the semiconductor laser transscleral cyclophotocoagulation for refractory glaucoma surgery is a simple,effective and safe method.
