摘　　要：目的探讨进展期胃癌术中行区域性缓释化疗的安全性。方法 2005年1月—2007年1月收治的进展期胃癌89例,随机分为区域性缓释化疗组45例采用常规治疗联合区域性缓释化疗,对照组40例采用常规治疗观察两组近期、远期观察指标。结果两组1年生存率比较P>0.05无显著差异性。两组2、3年生存率比较P<0.05有显著差异性。结论应用区域性缓释化疗能够有效的起到对癌细胞的杀灭作用,减少复发延长患者的生命。对局部应用安全性较高,与对照组进行比较除了腹腔引流量大以外,没有增加手术的并发症及合并症的发生。总之,进展期胃癌术中行区域性缓释化疗是安全、可靠、方便、疗效确切,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the advanced gastric cancer chemotherapy intraoperative release of regional security. Methods January 2005--2007 treated 89 cases of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into 45 cases of regional slow - release chemotherapy treatment combined with conventional chemotherapy regional release, the control group of 40 patients were observed with conventional therapy, the recent long - term observed. Results 1 - year survival rate between the two groups P 〉 0. 05 no significant difference. Groups 2, 3 - year survival rate P 〈 0. 05 significant difference. Conclusion The release of regional chemotherapy can effectively play the role of to kill the cancer cells, to reduce relapse to extend the lives of patients. Topical application security high, compared with the control group, in addition to large amount of peritoneal drainage, did not increase surgi- cal complications the incidence of complications. In short, advanced gastric cancer chemotherapy intraoperative regional release is safe, reliable, convenient, effective, safe, worthy of clinical application.
