摘  要:在羊皮制革过程中会产生大量的废弃羊毛,由于富含角蛋白而具有较高的资源化利用价值。废弃羊毛经预处理后,在碱性条件下水解可制得氨基酸多肽,实验表明最佳的水解条件为:NaOH用量为12%(以羊毛干基质量计),水用量为800%,水解温度100℃,时间2.5 h,氨基酸提取率可达85.3%。将羊毛水解浓缩液(以氨基酸成分计)与油酰氯按质量比1.5∶1进行缩合反应可制得蛋白型阴离子表面活性剂,产品为淡黄色黏稠液体,CMC为0.5 g/L,具有良好的表面活性。During the leather manufacture with sheepskin,abundant of waste wool is produced,and it is valuable for its high protein content.After the pretreatment,the wool is hydrolyzed to be polypeptide under alkali conditions.The best process condition is that when the usage of NaOH is 12%(based on the mass of chrome shavings),the amount H2O is 8 times of the wool,the hydrolysis temperature is 100℃,and the reaction time is 2.5h.The extraction efficiency of the polypeptide is more than 85.3%;the mass ratio of polypeptide condensed liquor(based on the mass of amino acid) and oleoyl chloride is 1.5∶1,the protein-anionic surfactant could be produced with the condensed reaction.The appearance of the product is yellowish sticky liquor,the CMC is 0.5g/L,and the surface activity is excellent.
